17. The Only Reason Why Th is Program Might Not Work!

There’s no magic in doing what I suggest, but it does require some eff ort, both on your part and your grandchild’s part. This is no get-rich-quick scheme such as chain letters, make a million bucks in two week offers, letters from Nigeria off ering you a shot at imaginary cash, get rich in real estate next week through foreclosures, buy property without any cash, get the secrets of inside traders, etc., etc., etc., well, you get the picture. There are no legitimate get-rich-quick programs or fast avenues to wealth unless you inherit the money.

This project takes effort. How much effort? Well, that depends on you. The biggest reason this might not work is procrastination.

There are a lot of excuses to put this off . Some of them might be legitimate, but in the end they are still excuses.

When is it a perfect time to do something? The most common response is, “I don’t have enough time”. Well, you have the same amount of time as Mother Teresa, Stephen Hawking, Nicolas Copernicus, Stephen King, Albert Einstein, Dick Tracy, Jane Doe and everyone else.
