18. Opportunity Is Always Knocking

Opportunity is always knocking, but you have to hear the knock and open the door.

I think this is another lesson you can teach your grandchildren on their way to becoming financially savvy.

I’m a firm believer that you create your own reality. You create your reality by taking your dreams, thoughts and desires and making them a fact, making them a reality.

I don’t have to tell you that everything begins with a thought. Once you start talking about the thought, then acting on it, you make the thought come to fruition.

Yes, it takes effort, persistence and determination, but you and your grandkids, can do it. There may be, and in many cases will be, setbacks, but if that stopped folks who believed in what they wanted we would still be living in the Stone Age.

Throughout time, people have spotted opportunities and persued them. Others saw the same opportunities but dismissed them as impossible. Yet others never realized there was a knock on thedoor.
